Biography
His music has been called an “Acoustic sound with a Punch” Pat Hyland is a musician that you know when hear his music, that it has potential to be great. Growing up just outside of Philadelphia, music has always been apart of his life. What makes his music different is that the lead guitar is acoustic and when electric is used, it plays rhythm. Not only can Pat Hyland strum a guitar well, his piano skills will blow you away, and his vocals will soothe your heart. He is not only just a great musician, he is also a great person and is a blessing to work with. His musical influences include Jeremy Camp, David Crowder Band, Disciple, AC-DC, Doobie Brothers, Eric Clapton, and Jack Johnson.

If Pat Hyland’s music doesn’t grab your attention at first, his warm filled positive poetic lyrics will capture you with their catchy phrases and powerful messages. Pat Hyland is a loving Christian who believes that God gave him this ability to use to spread his name of his greatness. He desires to reach out to a Christian audience, but he also reaches out to people questioning their faith and the un-churched. He describes his music as the music that is loved by all people, and when they read the lyrics and the stories behind the songs, they see that he is a Christian Musician who is going against what is usually stereotyped as Jesus music that only Christians listen to. His lyric’s are Christian based but put in a way that appeals to all people. Pat Hyland’s dreams are to travel the world playing his music. He doesn’t care about the fame and fortune, he just wants to make a decent living doing what he loves to do, making great music.

Pat Hyland is currently working on his new CD called Realization which will be released Fall of 2008. The CD is called realization because his music is his realization of creating his own style of music that is different from everyone else. He has realized what makes him happy, which is playing his music, and has realized that he has a duty to fulfill. By letting the whole world hear about his music. Pat has become well known in his area and also all around the east cost. His fan base goes from Florida all the way up to Maine and hopes to move his fan base from just the East Coast to all the way to the West Coast and beyond. Pat Hyland has played shows at small venues as local churches, to recently playing the Main Stage at the Crocodile Rock Cafe in Allentown,PA which is number 22 in the world in ticket sales for a club venue. Pat Hyland is to be called an uprising musician whose music will live on far after his lifetime.
