Oddly enough, my husband is in the process of becoming a cop, LOL! But no, we're not from the city area. We live in a rural, gorgeous area with countless parks, trails, and places to hike and lots of open space. It really is 'The Garden State' as well as 'Soprano-land' depending on where you are. Thanks for the laugh.

My comment was by no means meant to be insulting to you in the least . I'm sorry it came across that way .I was honestly trying to bring out a real point of just being considerate of others. When I asked you the question of what do you think would happen if everyone on the GOT CROWD site did this what do you think would happen? I was really sincere about that question.
Anyway , I would like to end on a peacefull note with this. If GOT CROWD management did not contact you with this as being a problem to them, then I guess you are doing what is allowed on the site. Who am I to say anything about it ! I say re- load it up 6 times today in case you missed any yesterday!

Johnny, that's a good idea, making use of the blog. Here's another idea to garner interest in your book and keep the peace here (LOL): Try finding pictures to go with each of your different excerpts...like for "The Best Songs of 1973," you could find a picture of the song of the year album cover or artist to represent that excerpt. Using different pictures will catch the users' attention. You're still promoting your book, but using different images. Maybe you could even still use the picture of your book cover, but at the head of your excerpt itself...like this hip hop artist does with his songs: http://gotcrowd.com/media/p/4669.aspx.

I notice you are submitting your same book as new work on GOT CROWD every single day. You are posting your book as new work on the Home page 4x a day, not giving real new work a chance for exposure. You are also putting it in all kinds of catagories they don't belong in. So that means people will have to weed through your books to get to the talent they came to view in that catagory. What do you think would happen if everyone did that on GOT CROWD?[^o
