This is the second pastel in a series commissioned by a fellow GotCrowder.
This looks lovely, sharon. it looks like a photograph. I love the eyes- the twinkle and the delicate yet crisp lines you used. The teeth don't look too white, either : )
Thank you Marysia! I always enjoy the eyes...and I always enjoy your comments! :D
i agree with the eyes!
her personality comes across beautifully in her expression.. i feel like i know her.
nicely done.
Thanks Nash!
Love it! The eyes are gorgeous and the little mouth and teeth are perfect!! The nose and the eyebrows are great, too! The whole thing is perfect!!!
Very Nice!!! I just looked at your work, I like the way you bring your subjects to life, like the twinkle in the eyes, etc. etc... Really, really nice.
Thank you both very much!
I love her eyes! I was loving them and planning on writing that only to see that others have beat me to the punch! This is so well done. You have been blessed by YHVH with great talent.
Rachel it's so good to hear comments from you again! :-)
Hey girl, long time no talk. Absolutely beautiful picture of the little girl. I bought a teach yourself to draw book and tried my hand at it. I do o.k. on individual facial features but no where near close to being able to do full portraits yet. I admire your talent. Very good artist you are. Donald
Thank you so much for stopping by and saying such nice things.
If it makes you feel better, I couldn't sing no matter how many books I bought, LOL. ;-) So the admiration is mutual. I imagine God will give me a singing voice along with a new body someday.
