His memory was fading again.

He doesn't even know his right from his left now.

He's trying hard to end his life tonight.

The whiskey's just taking way too long.

And everytime the sun shines, he thinks of her.

the brilliance of her spirit and the warmth of her embrace.

Ohh nothing, could ever take your place.

This is not how it was supposed to end.

Weren't we supposed to be together forever?

And what he'd give just to hear her voice again.

Not a day goes by that he doesn't visit, the place where she rests.

To tell her he still loves her and how much he misses her.

His friends all tell him he's gotta move on now.

She's been gone for years now, why not get out more?

Everyday I walk down a dimlit hallway. what is it I hear echoing off the walls? the laughing of surrounding demons? tormenting me for who I am and the choices I've made and the kind of person I am. I feel bound by ropes of anxiety, but my soul longs to break these straints. I want to break loose and start wreaking havoc on my tormentors. There day is coming.

I can barely see through the misty air these days. I'm not sure if anyone of us really can. Will you ever come to me? Hopefully the wind will pick up and have you sailing toward my boat. We are in the same sea but we're not getting closer, nor farther apart. I'm lonely on this sea by myself. I've been waiting for a long time now and I'm tired of chartering these waters alone. But I'll keep waiting for you. I'll keep hoping, and in the meantime I'll be dreaming of a place where the angels sing, where the bees don't sting and the bugs don't bite, where there are no more storms or shattered dreams. Just you and I, sitting on a cloud. No one to disturb us as we finally are where we belong.

Nothing but utter darkness fills the night air as the sun has set hours earlier. What a graceful death, to have died in this darkness. No one to see him, no one to have seen the truth about him, or what he's done. He will now be tormented day and night while no one knows why. I now see him in a room all alone. I can see blood running down the walls. It smells like a slaughter house in there. He drowned in the blood of his victims.

A wonderful family filled with love expanding a million miles.
Just Mummy, Daddy and Me.
Holding onto each other, so lovingly.

Daddy bought me my first teddy.
Mummy told me about the tooth fairy.
Mummy and Daddy raised me.
Mummy and Daddy have separated because of me.

Screaming and shouting in the deafened silence.
They're teaching me my independence.
Daddy packs his bags.
Mummy asks me to play tag.
But inside, I'm still the same broken soul,
The one I was yesterday, today and possibly tomorrow.

Mummy and Daddy fought because of me.
Because I never did my homework;
I never listened.
I never co-operated;
I never participated.
Because I always blamed Daddy when Mummy was angry at me.
I always blamed Mummy when I broke Daddy's tools.
Because of me, Mummy and Daddy have separated.

I've got two addresses;
Two bedrooms, two parents.
I've got two beds;
Two computers, two parents.
I've got two cameras;
Two birthday parties, two parents;
Two parents fighting to be the best and becoming the worst.
Two parents, but no love at all.

Mummy and Daddy,
Please come argue in the silence of my background.

It’s difficult to sit myself down for lonely tears,
When isolation overcomes my disorientated fears.
How do you let go; let loose when you cannot cry;
When you’re simply no longer living in the lie.

Agonised beneath the thoughts of suffocation.
I’m drowning in the desires of intoxication.
Everything’s all going far too well;
Yet inside, there are stories I simply cannot retell.

I smile to show the world that I am not weak.
I laugh to show my friends that I’m there for them to speak.
I’m happy and I’m alive because somebody’s needing me.
I’m trying to be everything they want to see;
Everything that I cannot continuously be.

Come; cry on my shoulder.
Come; lie if it makes you feel bolder.
Bury me with your adversities;
Drown me in your controversy.
Do whatever makes you feel better;
Whatever it is that makes you feel better.

Because somewhere along the way,
I’ve learnt to swallow my frustrations and smile.

Lately, its been difficult to get a moment alone with myself.
Life keeps ticking away its seconds, and I can never find the time,
To sit alone inside my emotion filled mind, and simply think.
My burdens, and yours, have escalated in sequence,
And now as I find a little closure,
Another heart-wrenching coincidence tears me apart.

Have you ever just wanted to scream and yell out at the top of your lungs?
Have you ever felt so frustrated that nothing seems to be okay?
Have you ever; have you ever felt so alone in a world filled with so much?
Have you ever been so drained of patience that you take it out on nobody but yourself?

I need a little guidance now.
I need a little voice to whisper the lies.
I need something; something to reassure me of my benefits.
I need you; just like I always have.
I need so much more than your adversities weighed up against mine.
I need a friend, not a sulking soul.

But most of all,
I need everything you cannot offer me.

Four adjacent walls meet and collide at the centre of a controversial shame.

A young girl plays hide and seek with a boy living without a name.

She runs off and she hides away underneath her bed.

She waits and she waits for her dear friend, Ted.

It’s been so long, but he hasn’t come.

She’s confused, and she feels so dumb.

“Mummy,” She cries, “Where is Ted?”

Her Mother looks away with nothing to say.

He never comes out to play anymore.

He never comes past his front yard door.

This young girl, she comes on over.

She holds his hands, but he lets her go.

To the world, he won’t let himself show.

And she doesn’t understand why nobody else can see him anymore.

She can’t understand why his Mother says he’s not home,

When he stands right there in front of her.

Four adjacent walls meet and collide at the centre of a controversial shame.

A teenage girl sits alone, playing her own life’s game.

She holds a photograph of her childhood’s best friend.

“Look, that’s us,” She tells him; Ted.

She never understood why he came and he went.

She never knew where his precious time was spent.

He was like her Superman,

Disappearing then coming back again.

And he said she could be his Wonder Woman,

Because they were best friends,

Always and forever, until the end.

Four adjacent walls meet and collide at the centre of a controversial shame.

A young adult sits alone, feeling so proclaimed.

She just found her path, and she just found her way.

All thanks to words her best friend says.

Now he takes her hand, and he makes her sit.

Now he believes she can handle it.

“I have to go,” He tells her sweetly.

She stares at him, so unhappy.

“I’m sorry,” He says, “But I have to go. It’s the way it’s meant to be.”

She cries, “But I always want you here with me,”

He takes a photograph, and he shows her, smiling.

Those two young children are so happy, and so alive.

Those two young children are you and me.

That’s how it’ll always be.

He holds her gently.

“You can’t even feel me.”

Then he leaves.

"You deserve to be happy."

People are always telling me,
Telling me everything I already see.
It's like they can't leave me to cry alone.
Like they want so much more than what I've shown.
But this is me;
This is who I'm going to be.

In the waking hours of day light
I appear so happy; so bright.
But when morning becomes dark,
I begin to lose that mistakeable spark.
I sit and I cry,
I drown, then I die.
You cannot change that.

Facade is what I like to call it.
So what you say, it's all sh*t.
I've lost my way,
So please, let me stray.
Don't ever come looking for me,
`Cause what I feel, you cannot see.

Why do I have to put up with all your cr*p,
When you can't bare to fill my lonely gap.
You are allowed to be angry and mad,
Yet it is wrong for me to be down and sad.

What kind of world am I living in?
Everything I do, you call it a sin.
Everything you never say,
Makes my paths and loses my way.

Do you ever wonder why people are depressed?

Always filled with sorrows and loaded with stress.

Well maybe if lived someone else’s shoes

You might get realize why there filled with blues,

And if ever wonder why the wolf cries

Then maybe you should ponder and look into their eyes.

If they look sad or the least bit dead

Then you have to wonder what goes on in their head

What happens at home or possibly at school?

What is happening to them, I wonder if it’s cruel?

Well maybe if stop and try be their friend

Then maybe all that sorrow and sadness will end

So next time you wonder why someone is depressed.

Or feel a sense of loneliness or it seems their stressed.

Then don’t ignore it, or say I better wait
